5 Simple Steps to Losing Weight With Hoodia 57

So you're looking to lose weight and you want an absolutely stupid-proof, idiot friendly guide to do it? Well it just so happens that this may just be that guide.

All of the steps below are supposed to work on top of Hoodia 57, so make sure that you keep taking it! Anyway, no more dilly dallying- on to business!

  1. Early morning stretches. Assuming you get up at a "normal" time (ie- before 9 am), taking about 20 minutes or so to stretch can be a great warm up for your body. This does many things, from the obvious (increasing flexibility) to the less obvious (creating a subconscious mood for your mind to operate in throughout the day). This will only be effective for you if you actually put some effort into them as opposed to doing a half stretch- you know what I mean.
  1. Mid-morning cardio. Shortly after your stretches (but before your first meal) go for a 15-30 minute run/jog/walk/bike/swim/whatever. Your muscles are already warmed up and ready to go from the stretches, so don't worry about causing damage to your muscles due to fatigue.

    Doing a bit of cardio before your first meal will help your body set its metabolic rate for the day. Obviously, if you are doing some light/moderate physical activity in the morning your body will set the rate higher than if you were just sitting around. A higher metabolic rate means more calories that are burned- in weight loss, that's a good thing.

  1. Breakfast of champions. Honestly, chances are good that if you're reading this you're an adult and, as an adult, it's time for you to recognize that Fruit Loops or Count Chocula are not good morning meals. It's time to get rid of the sugar infested cereals and instead settle with something that's high flavor, high nutrition.

    Try making yourself a Banana/Strawberry smoothie in the morning with an egg-white omelet. Or, if you must have cereal, why don't you have something that's high fiber and low in useless calories, such as Cheerios (unflavored).

  1. Hit the gym, baby. Yes, the dreaded three letter word. No one word strikes more fear and feigned promises of commitment than "Gym". Chances are that you aren't using that expensive membership that you're (still) paying for, so why not actually take an hour out of your day to use it?

    Make sure that you follow a varied routine, with some cardio, weights, and strength training all thrown together in a nice, semi-organized way. The variety will help your body respond the exercises, and hey, getting ripped isn't a bad thing either.

  1. Get all those nasty bed-bugs. Get eight hours of sleep every night- no exceptions. Your body revitalizes itself while you sleep, so make sure that you get enough of it.
Pretty simple, don't you think? I've been preaching over and over about how losing weight doesn't come down to luck or even genetics, it's simple science and routine. Get into a good routine and the weight will come off.
